Training built around one person at a time.

Digital and workplace skills taught one to one – in person or online, anywhere in New Zealand, in sessions as short as two hours. Every plan starts with what the learner actually needs, not a fixed syllabus.

Replace this block with a photo – a trainer and learner at a screen works well.

Who you are

Three ways to start.

“There’s a skill gap in my team.”

We find out what your people can already do, then train only the difference. On site or online, one to one or in small groups, in whatever time you can spare them.

“I need the skills this job is asking for.”

Start with a one-hour needs assessment and get a plan that’s yours alone – at your pace, with a patient trainer, and NZQA unit standards if you want them.

“I have a client who needs training.”

Send us a referral and you’ll get an assessment report and a costed schedule to approve. We work with ACC, Work and Income, rehabilitation providers and private referrers.

How it works

Four steps, and you only pay for the ones you need.

01

Needs assessment

One hour, in person or online. We map what the learner can do now against where they’re trying to get to.

02

Plan and approval

You get a written report, a recommended package and a costed schedule. Nothing starts until it’s approved.

03

Training

One to one or small group, at a pace that suits, with materials to keep and practise with afterwards.

04

Completion report

A written record of what was covered, what was achieved, and any unit standards credited.

Small classes is the wrong phrase. There’s no class.

Training is one to one. If something takes three goes, it takes three goes – nobody is waiting. If a learner already knows half of it, we skip that half and they don’t pay for it. Sessions run face to face with a trainer nearby, or over Zoom from home.

What people say

Patience, mostly. That’s what gets mentioned.

“I have a number of clients going through your programme and every one of them is really enjoying the course. They’re all learning great skills and finding it very user friendly with great supportive tutors — they all smile when I ask how it’s going. You guys are changing people’s futures.”

Libby — referring case manager

“Jim was a great trainer and had lots of patience. He explained everything so I could understand it. I found the course and tutor a good experience and was happy with how much I picked up in a short space of time.”

Roger — learner
