Welcome

For individuals

Get the skills the job description is asking for.

Whether you’re going back to work, changing direction, or just tired of nodding along when someone mentions a pivot table – you’ll get your own trainer, your own plan, and no group to keep up with.

There is no class to fall behind in

Training is one to one. If something takes three goes, it takes three goes – nobody is waiting. If you already know half of it, we skip that half and you don’t pay for it.

Sessions can be face to face with a trainer near you, or over Zoom from home. Most people do a couple of hours at a time.

Can it be paid for?

Often, yes. Training is regularly funded through ACC, Work and Income, a rehabilitation provider, or an employer. If you’re not sure what applies to you, call us – we’ve been doing this long enough to tell you quickly whether there’s a funded route, and we’ll say so if there isn’t.

Where people usually start

Three common starting points.

Back into work

You’ve been out of the workforce and the software has moved on. We rebuild the practical skills employers now assume – email, documents, spreadsheets, online forms – and can credit them against NZQA unit standards.

A step up in the same field

You can do the job but the next one up wants Excel, or Xero, or better written communication. We teach the specific gap rather than a general course.

Confidence, first

Some people start with a phone or a laptop and a fair amount of dread. That’s a completely normal place to begin, and it’s the thing our trainers get thanked for most.

Start with a one-hour assessment.

It sounds formal. It isn’t. It’s a conversation and a few practical tasks so we can build you a plan worth paying for.
